What We Need
- Experience buying on Facebook / Meta Ads — you know how to structure campaigns, not just boost posts
- Experience with Google UAC / App campaigns for mobile app installs
- Ability to drive traffic to web funnels and app store pages
- Familiarity with grey and semi-grey niches — you've navigated policy, cloaking, or creative restrictions before
- Understanding of unit economics: CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS — you optimise by numbers, not feelings
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok Ads or Apple Search Ads
- In-house creative production (UGC, video, static)
- Worked with psychic, dating, gambling, nutra or similar verticals
- Experience scaling campaigns above $10K/day
